I will be the sole occupant. I have recently completed my doctorate and have accepted a full-time academic position at the University of Oxford, starting on 1 October 2026, where I will be working in research and teaching. I do not anticipate any changes to my employment over the next 24 months.
I will be moving on my own and I do not have any pets or children. I also have no allergies that the landlord would need to be aware of. I have no CCJs or any other adverse credit history. I am a very quiet, tidy and respectful person, and I take great care of the places I live in. Outside of work, I am a writer and enjoy reading, travelling and cooking.
