Looking for a Flat or House to Rent in the Manchester Area (Longsight, Hulme, Stretford, Denton)

I’m a happy-go-lucky person and a proud introvert who values my personal space. I prefer to live in a quiet neighbourhood and, most importantly, I’m looking for good community (not shared/communal living).

I’m a professional, though currently on Universal Credit (UC)

When it comes to landlord/tenant, my relationship with the landlord is key. I need someone who is excellent at communication , SANE and has strong people skills, not influence by hearsay( a leader and not a follower) and truly understand the tenants story rather than adhering to malicious rumours , corrupt behaviour from other housing providers(associations) and is committed to having a good landlord/tenant relationship.

I love Manchester in particularly the Hulme, Longsight - mainly areas which have a great diversity community.

The property i seek must be unfurnished

I don’t have a guarantor, so I understand this may be an issue
