I am currently in Brighton in a full-time office role and looking for a one bedroom flat.

It would be for three months at first to cover probation, then possibly extending to six months or longer.

Ideally somewhere quiet, furnished, with a separate bedroom/kitchen/bathroom and a well-ventilated bathroom. Natural light. A garden and/or sea view would be a bonus!

I am a 42 year old professional Communications Manager and would work from home (two days a week) and in the office (three days a week).

I am clean, respectable and can provide references.

Personal interests include film, music, art, sport and literature.

I don't have lots of stuff and don't need parking.
