Hi!

I am sadly moving away for work so we have a double room available in our flat. The flat is lovely, gets lots of natural light throughout the day and is a quiet part of Heaton. It feels more like a home than a house share and although everyone has their own busy lives, we often chat in the kitchen, watch TV in the sitting room and have people over. Looking for someone who is clean, respectful and friendly who will get on with everyone!

You will be living with two fab ladies (Emma and Eloise), both currently PhD students, and miss Hilma the cat. 🐈 She is our 4th housemate so loving cats is a MUST!

The room comes with a bed, large wardrobe and chest of drawers. The landlord is really responsive and lives very close by too so gets things fixed quickly.
