Hey,
We are a house of 5 young professionals, two of whom are moving out in late July to go travelling.
The house will be available from early August, freshly cleaned and painted, and under a brand new tenancy with the letting agency.

We are looking for two young professionals to fill the spots of our departing housemates. We ideally need to confirm details by early July, to ensure that we can secure the new tenancy with the letting agency.
The 3 of us staying on are a sociable bunch, but prefer chilled pub-going, boardgame evenings, or causally playing sports, over clubbing and 5am benders.

The house is located in a very good location, is very spacious with a dining room, living room, kitchen, and 3 toilets (one en-suite), and has a nice garden out back (ideal in the summer).

Rent is £700pcm and we don't expect it'll be allowed to go up for a while (since they recently raised it from £676pcm).
The landlady is relaxed and the letting agency is generally pretty responsive to any issues or things that we report need to be fixed.
Bills are typically around £35pp pcm in the summer, and double that in the winter + council tax.
