Hi there,
I’m moving out and looking for the right person to take over my spacious double bedroom in a bright, well-kept flat near Bounds Green / Bowes Park.
The flat is a 10–15 minute walk from both Bounds Green Underground Station (Piccadilly Line) and Bowes Park Overground (National Rail), so getting into central London is quick and easy.
The communal space is one of the highlights, with a large open-plan kitchen/dining area that flows into the living room, offering plenty of natural light throughout. There’s also a private garden with patio and lawn, which is ideal in the warmer months. The garden includes a secure bike shed, and there’s parking available at the property if needed.
Key highlights of the room:
• Garden door with direct access to the private garden
• Private en-suite bathroom
• Very spacious with lots of natural light
The room itself is a large double with high ceilings and large windows, so it feels bright and spacious. There’s plenty of room for a king-size bed, desk, storage and more (as evidenced in the photos). It’s currently unfurnished, but the landlord can provide furnishings if required. There is also potential to purchase the furniture in the adverts; however, these are being listed separately, so if interested please reach out ASAP.
The room benefits from incredible natural light thanks to the large French doors, which provide direct garden access, and it has its own en-suite.
A bit about the household:
The household currently consists of two male friends in their mid-to-late 20s. Both are easy-going, sociable and considerate when it comes to shared spaces. They split their time between working from home and commuting into central London, so the flat has a good balance of activity during the week. It’s a relaxed and respectful setup as everyone is independent but always happy to chat, share a meal, watch something in the evenings, or head out for a football match or a drink. There’s also a great pub nearby with an incredible Thai kitchen that’s become a bit of a local favourite.
Practical details:
• Council Tax Band D – approx. £72 per month
• Bills – around £80 per month, depending on usage
• Reliable landlord who responds promptly to maintenance issues
• There is also a fourth flatmate called Sashimi, a ginger cat who considers himself head of household
If this sounds like a good fit, drop me a message and we can arrange a viewing.
Move-in date from 7th April in line with the tenancy contract, but there is scope for an earlier move-in from mid-March if required.
Thanks,
Aleksi
