My super comfortable 1 bed flat in Zone 3, South London will be available for a short term let over summer 2024.
The flat will be available from Sunday June 30th until Friday 16th August. If you’re interested we can discuss flexibility around this.
All bills - energy, service charge, water, council tax, internet and Amazon Prime are included in the rent.
I love living here, it's solid, well laid out with plenty of living space, natural light front and back, and everything you need for a great stay in London.
The surrounding area is leafy, green and peaceful, but still very much feels like London and is super well connected. It's also a very safe area at night.
A well laid out first first floor victorian conversion flat on a wide, open street, the well proportioned living room gets plenty of light and features a new sofa, widescreen Samsung TV (Amazon Prime) and a big coffee table.
The south facing bedroom at the rear of the property gets bathed in light in the mornings through large sash windows, which overlook some lovely urban greenery. It has a new solid oak bed, new John Lewis mattress with large storage drawers underneath and large built in cupboard space for clothes etc.
The kitchen is in the middle of the flat and is well kitted out with everything you can think of, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, blender, pots, pans, utensils etc.
The refurbished bathroom sits offset to the side of the flat and features a bath, electric shower, toilet, sink and storage space.
The flat is accessed through a main front door downstairs, shared with my lovely (and quiet!) neighbours.
- I'm looking for someone to take the flat for the whole period I'm away.
- The other residents in the building are great and the place is well looked after, we all get along very well, so I'm looking for someone both respectful and quiet.
- £ 600 deposit required in advance + payment in advance. I will ask you to sign a short term tenancy contract for the term of your stay.
- Keeping the flat clean, tidy and in good repair will be your responsibility. I will make a record of the flat condition before I leave which I will share with you - I will also recommend you to make your own and share with me for peace of mind. Any damage to the property will be taken from the damage deposit, though I will be fully transparent as to costs.
I rented for many years and had my share of crappy landlords, so I know how stressful it can be finding somewhere comfortable to stay, so I hope to make the process as seamless as possible - any questions give me a shout. I'm aiming to do viewings as soon as possible.
I often rent the flat out when I'm away and can happily put you in contact with my previous tenants for reassurance.
Thanks,
Tom
