This well maintained and beautifully furnished 43ft x 10ft6in replica Dutch Barge built c2000 has a light, airy feel inside with versatile outdoor space. The upper deck/wheelhouse opens up partially and fully.

The wheelhouse doubles as a work or dining area with fold-down tables & seating and gives access to the engine room and forward and aft accommodation.

The aft cabin provides double bedroom with en-suite toilet & basin, storage, stowage and fitted cupboards.

Forward is the saloon/living room & galley/kitchen, with pantry storage & cool-box store, ceramic hob, microwave/convector, oven/grill, washer dryer, full-size fridge/freezer & 1.5 steel sink with water filter tap & mixer tap.

The saloon provides a sofa bed, further seating and storage. The boat can sleep five.

A multi-fuel stove with back boiler plus oil-fired central heating/hot water and separate electric immersion provide comfort, flexibility and cost efficiency.

Beyond the saloon, the corridor opens to form a shower-room with en-suite W/C, basin and shower and closes off leading to the forward cabin/main bedroom. While the bed is currently set up as a queen-size double this can be easily divided into two full-sized singles, separated by a bedside cabinet, with stowage for the double.

The cabins and saloon are well fitted out with hand crafted rosewood shelving, cupboards and storage.
