We will be visiting family from 23rd of June to 21st of August and are looking to rent out our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house (81 sqm / 871 sq ft) near Blackhorse Rd while we are away. We can be somewhat flexible on exact dates but the minimum and maximum rental term is 2 months.

The house is a 5-6 minute walk to Blackhorse Rd station from where it takes ca. 15 minutes to reach Central London (Kings Cross station).

Downstairs there are 2 living rooms (front room and dining room), a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower (no toilet!).
Upstairs we have two double bedrooms (14 sqm/150 sq ft and 10 sqm/10 sq ft respectively) and another bathroom with toilet and shower.

From the kitchen you can enter the west facing garden which is ideal for relaxing and barbequing.

We are currently doing some renovations in the upstairs bedrooms and the hallway - by the second half of June the house will have newly fitted carpets and will have been repainted. This explains the sparse furniture at the moment and we don't have a photo of the larger bedroom as it is being redecorated now. By the time you move in, both bedrooms will have at least have a double bed and a wardrobe.

It would suit someone who is looking for an accomodation in London for 2 months. Families are welcome as we have plenty of space! :)

The price includes a fortnightly cleaning service.
