The mezzanine level has one/two small double beds and is reached by a wooden open staircase. (Care must be taken on this and responsibility for safety lies with the tenant. It is not suitable for children.)
The cabin is located in the grounds of the owner’s house, at the front, with direct access from the driveway. It is completely separate and private. There is parking for one car and a public car park a one minute walk away. The cabin is next to a fairly busy road, which may not suit some people. It is half a mile from Tesco Extra, M&S Food, and Newbury Retail Park and is on bus routes, including Vodafone's bus route. The cabin is one mile from Newbury train station and Newbury town centre and is next to Greenham Common.
The cabin is fully insulated and warm and has electric heating and electrically-heated water. The tenant is responsible for the electricity bill, but water costs and council tax are included in the rental price.
