The monthly price is £1000 + all bills.

I am offering this at a great price, much under market-rate rent, as I am looking for someone who is fairly flexible on length - 3 months is a hard minimum, and then we can switch to a rolling monthly arrangement up to 6 months (end of Dec '26) as a maximum. Move-in between mid and late June 2026. This will be a lodger contract (there is a further bedroom I will keep empty and locked).
