I will be travelling for a number of months - up to a year, and I’m renting out my self-contained studio flat in this quiet family home, located by Teddington riverside, minutes away from Teddington lock.

I am looking for a non-smoking, quiet female tenant who will treat the space with respect. It will suit someone who enjoys coming home to a peaceful and quiet home at the end of the day. It is a beautiful space with lots of natural light.

The studio comprises a semi-separate bedroom with en-suite toilet, washbasin and shower, plus a small kitchen area. A washing machine is available in the downstairs utility room. The kitchen area has a microwave, oven, small hob and a fridge.

The house is close to shops, and Teddington station (Zone 6), with frequent trains to London Waterloo and buses to Twickenham, Richmond, Kingston and Heathrow. Bus 65 just outside the door.
