The flat is bright, warm and spacious, with approximately 65 sq. metres of living space and direct access to, and views of, a large shared garden.

Bills: £200/month plus heating (depending on usage).

Location: between three large parks, with shops and public transport nearby. Around 45 minutes to London Bridge via the Windrush and Jubilee lines, or by train.

Looking for someone happy to keep my plants watered while I’m away.

Proof of income and one reference required. No pets, sorry. Couples welcome.
