We are renting our fully furnished one-bedroom flat in Newington Green as we will be away for the summer. It’s prefect if you are between houses or if you are planning to visit London for a while and you are looking for a place that feels like home.

The flat comprises an open plan kitchen/living space, a bedroom and a bathroom and is fully equipped. It is very bright and warm and storage space will be available for you.

It is situated 10’ walk from Canonbury station, and 15’ walk from either Church street or Dalston Kingsland station and all the bars, cafes and endless nightlife options of the area.

Angel is a 15’ bus ride and you can be in Oxford Circus in 25’ via tube.

There is a Tesco 3’ from the flat and an amazing mini market with everything you’ll need just across the flat (from nice bread and fruits to all sorts of affordable organic brands).

All bills are included (Netflix provided as well). The WIFI is great if you have to work from home.

The flat is on the second floor and there is no lift. There is space for a bike if needed.
