I have a detached four bed house with a shop to the side and a huge workshop currently used as a gym which if needs be could be turned into a granny flat.. two extra beds ect ect it has running hot and cold water and electricity. The shop has been a very busy hairdressers for years but could easily be turned into any shop or even an extra bedroom it has a drive to the side and also a cellar with a small back garden...best if you veiw
