Living Arrangements
It is a two bedroom flat and you will have access to the whole apartment.
There is one existing lodger who is friendly, respectful, and largely absent during the summer. They won't be at the flat for most of July and, when they are in London, typically stay at the property only a couple of days per week. As a result, you'll have the flat to yourself for much of the time.
