Hi there- I am looking for some Short Term Let tenants for my flat in Dulwich whilst I head off travelling for a few months (2-3). This is the perfect flat- with lots of light in an incredibly desirable location- 5mins to Lordship lane where there are many great restaurants, shops, pubs, beautiful parks etc. My favorite coffee shop is right next door and if you're into fitness- gyms are within 5 min walking distance. Marks and Spencer’s and a big Sainsbury's also on your doorstep!

The flat itself is extremely spacious, quiet and very private with the majority of the flat overlooking the back garden. I can be relatively flexible with move in/out dates etc so please message me if you're interested. This flat would usually be on the market for 2600 but given it's a short term let I'm happy to be flexible on the price for the right people. It's newly renovated, painted etc so would be looking for someone to really look after it whilst I'm away :)
