I have moved out and I’m renting out my lovely maisonette in a converted Victorian house in green and nice Greenwich/Blackheath Standard area.

The place is spacious and gives a house feeling. It comprises two floors: in the first floor there’s one large double bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and spacious living room. On the second floor, there is the master bedroom.
All rooms have a lovely view as we are surrounded by trees.

The area is excellent, close to parks and museums. It is also close to M&S, shops, pubs and restaurants in Blackheath Standard. It is a 12 min bus to the O2 Arena and North Greenwich Station, and walking distance to the Charlton big retail park and to Greenwich IKEA. Excellent primary schools nearby.

Greenwich park is a 15 min walk.

The nearest station is Westcombe Park, only three minutes walking and it takes you to London Bridge or to Canon Street in 12-15 min. There are busses in front of the property to Blackheath or the Jubilee line (underground station is a 25 min walk).

Looking for professionals or a family willing to live in my beloved home. I’m renting the whole flat - not just a room.

We share a good size garden with the neighbours on the ground floor.
