Hi, nice to meet you!
I'm renting out my amazing apartment from June 1 or July 1, 2026. It’s perfect for a couple, two individuals or a couple plus a friend.
The apartment is located in Zone 1 between Borough station (5 min walk) and Elephant & Castle station (1 min walk). With only a 15-minute walk to London Bridge, you are extremely close to the city centre, living almost next door to Market Mercato. The area has gone through a massive regeneration over the last 5 years, with even more to come over the next 5 years.
The building is from 2018 and the apartment is located on the 5th floor. There are elevators, a 24h concierge, a gym, a private cinema and some amazing common areas for residents. The cinema and common areas can be booked for private events.
As per the floor plan, this is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom property, and it further boast a large kitchen, dining and living room - all in open plan.
Bedroom 1: Very large bedroom with built-in wardrobes, a kingsize bed, two side tables, and a wall-mounted tv. This bedroom has a large ensuite bathroom with a combined shower / bathtub and a towel heater.
Bedroom 2: Smaller bedroom with built-in wardrobes, a double bed, and a side table.
Bathroom 2: just across the hallway from the second bedroom is a well-sized bathroom with a shower and towel rack.
Kitchen: beautiful, open plan kitchen with high-quality, integrated appliances (oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher). Plenty of space for hosting dinners. Small dining table that seats four, but you can also bring your own. The kitchen has plenty of cabinets and the entrance has two in-built cabinets, whereof one contain the combined washing and drying machine and a water softener. The water softener will have to be maintained with salt, but in return it gives you soft water. Wooden floors throughout.
Living room: big living room with a large couch, a coffee table, a small shelving unit, and a smart TV. The couch can transform into two single beds (or one double bed) in case you have guests sleeping over. Wooden floors throughout.
The apartment is facing one of London's 'living walls', which means you have no opposite neighbour.
Very happy for you to come see the apartment as the photos do not do it justice! The apartment is part-funished as per photos/video.
I’ve had the most amazing sets of tenants for the last three years, who you will of course get to meet as part of the process.
