Hey everyone! Our flatmate is leaving next month and we are looking to find another great person to move in from July 23rd. Both of us work in London, both in Theatre Production.
Rent is £650 per month including all bills. The deposit is £538.33. There are a set of stairs leading up into the flat with no ramp so wheelchair access is unavailable.
Our landlord is lovely. You will be added to the tenancy agreement.
