Ideally 14th March - 14th April but can be flexible for a longer stay, shorter stays also possible.

Perfect for someone in between houses or just moving to town. The sublet is for the whole flat (1 bedroom, double bed).

RENT: £1200 per month for one person / £1400 for a couple.

3 minutes walk from Peckham Rye Common, Rye Lane, Bellenden Rd and a 10 minute walk to bustling East Dulwich. Terrific pubs / cafes around. South facing so the light throughout the day is gorgeous. Fully furnished with everything you might need including a quite space to work.

Closest transport is the Peckham Rye overground.

Deposit: £250 in case of damage, this will be refunded within 24 hours of the end of your stay.

I have a sublet contract that I use so all of this will be in writing.
