It is a 12 minutes’ walk to a large 24/7 Tesco and the typical high street shops. This short walk also gets you to Woolwich Arsenal transport hub, the Elizabeth Line, DLR and British Rail stations within a short commute to Canary Wharf, the City and Central London.
The studio is over 30 feet long with a separate kitchen and full size bathroom suite. It has its own private entrance with a small patio area which is a real suntrap in the summer.

Local shops are a mere 50 yards away yet the street is solely residential and very quiet. Plumstead Common as the nearest green space is about 1/4 of a mile away and Plumstead Station is 7 minutes' walk away. Off-street parking is free.

The studio is self-contained but part of a larger houseshare. We welcome clean, quiet and considerate tenants with good communication skills. Anti-social behaviour of any kind is not tolerated. Full reference, right to rent, credit and ID checks are part of the letting princess.
