The bathroom has an over-the-bath shower. Rain canopy and decking outside with large lawn area. There is no off-street parking, however, there are no restrictions to on-street parking so you can just park on the street if required. New boiler installed four years ago, so shouldn't cause any issues. Whole flat has recently been decorated. Fire door to flat and smoke and carbon monoxide alarms in the property. Victorian-style gas fire in the lounge. Gas and electrics recently tested. House has a washing machine, but no tumble dryer.
