We are offering two furnished rooms in our home in Peckham for short stays until April 2027. We can be flexible with the exact dates within this period.

The flat has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, including one en-suite, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, TV, fast internet and dedicated desk space.

Rooms available:

1. Double en-suite room -£1300
A spacious double bedroom with its own private en-suite bathroom.

2. Small bedroom- £780
A comfortable single bedroom with an extendable bed that can be converted into a double when needed.

The flat is well located for Peckham’s supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and bars, and is also close to the green spaces of Peckham Rye Park and Common.

We are looking for considerate and tidy guests who will look after the flat as they would their own. Smoking, parties and events are not permitted.

We are offering the rooms for genuine short stays while we are away. They are particularly suitable for visitors to London who maintain their permanent home elsewhere. The flat cannot be used as a principal residence.
