It's convenient for transport: 
3min walk to bus stops on Banbury Road;
15~20min walk to Summertown shops or Parkway rail station;
~20min cycling to university science area and city centre, and JR Hospital and WIMM building.
Tenant can store a bike in a shed.
Bus services on Banbury are frequent to all directions.

The flat is suitable for a professional, non-smoker and without pet. Minimal stay: 6 months. Shorter tenancy may be considered with a higher rent depending on situation.

The rent covers utility bills including electricity, gas, water, high speed broadband, and TV licence. The tenant needs to pay Council Tax directly to City Council (about £112 pcm for 2026-2027).

The rent will be higher if you work from home.
