Situated in a very pleasant area of Woodgreen in Witney our apartment is a very quiet separately accessed living space away from our main house. You can walk into Witney in 10 mins and the buses to Oxford are accessed from Oxford Hill 5 min walk away. There are 2 pubs within a 2 and 5 min walk. there is parking on the road which is unrestricted.
There is a kitchen and separate wet room and a patio at the rear and side of the apartment with garden table and chairs and a bar b cue.
Ideally I am looking for a person who is employed and has an appreciation of a quiet residential environment. If there are two people then an additional £15 per week. ALL services and utilities are included in the price. Sorry No pets.
