Hi, I'm a student from NCL. Because I plan to travel during the holiday and then move to a friend's city to live, I'm subletting my current studio at nearly half price. Short-term rentals are supported, and if you can cover the entire lease period, the price can be even lower!

The apartment is fully equipped with amenities such as a gym, study room, cinema, etc. Room cleaning is provided every two weeks, and free breakfast is available on weekdays.

Location: NE1 4PQ, a 2-minute walk to Chinatown, 5 minutes to the large Tesco Supermarket, and Eldon Square Shopping Centre. It's close to Newcastle University's Computing and Business School and a 10-minute walk to the train station and Newcastle University's main campus. The room has good soundproofing, and the surrounding environment is very quiet.
