Due to personal reasons, I have had to move back home and am looking for someone to take over my remaining tenancy (runs until 12th July 2024). Oxford house is a lovely, very secure building that is centrally located and particularly close to Northumbria University library. It also has its own gym and laundry facilities as well as social gathering areas & pool table on ground floor. The remaining tenancy will run from about 1st March to 12th July 2024.
