We have a unique detached space to rent ideally Monday to Friday, potential to be 7 days for the right tenant. The room is a large area approximately 7metres square (23 feet in old money) . This large area sits above a detached double garage and had no ‘neighbours’ so completely peaceful and quiet. It has a lovely kitchen area with breakfast bar which overlooks a field. Kitchen includes microwave, fridge/freezer, air fryer, toaster, kettle. The whole property is covered by CCTV and full lighting at night, very safe and secure.

All costs are included in the rent, electricity, council tax Band F, water rates, TV licence, buildings insurance and wifi.

The space benefits from three windows which make it light and bright. It has a large ensuite room with toilet/basin, heated towel rail and shower. The space has electric heating wifi and plenty of sockets. A large double bed and a settee which are both spotlessly clean and comfortable. No smokers have lived in property and it has been pet free.

There is off street parking and very accessible for metro/buses with a bus stop less than 2 minutes walk and metro within 5minutes walk. Local shops and restaurants/bars are a few minutes away, 20 minute walk to Freeman hospital.

The area is very green with cycle/walking track (which go all the way to the coast) within a few minutes of the property.

We are looking for a single professional who would not expect to bring back guests, must be ok with dogs as we have a very friendly Saluki who uses our private garden. Access to the property is via a spiral staircase and does require you to come in via our private garden. Ideally we are looking for someone who intends to stay for a year or more, but happy to consider shorter term for the right person. Please note we do not have a washing machine in the property. However, there is a possibility of accessing washing machine from our garage.
