I am travelling in May therefore can sublet you my flat for that month, even from 23rd April if needed, until early June (until 4th/5th June) for only £1500 per month! (excl. bills).

Location:
My flat is in near Mornington crescent in SE8, 5min walk from New Cross station and 5min walk from Deptford station.
Deptford station takes you to London Bridge in less than 7min by train, New cross takes you to Canada Water, Shoreditch in 5-15min on train.
Then New cross gate & Deptford bridge stations are within 10-12min walk for more options.
Although centrally located the flat is peaceful, with double glazing, no noise from the outside.

With nice restaurants/cafés outside the station and little supermarkets on the high street or on the New cross high street. Little park just outside the flat. . Quiet residential area.
On 3rd floor without lift.

The flat is a studio-1 bed as it has a sliding door between the living room and the bed area as well as another sliding door between the kitchen and bed area.

Ideally £1500+bills (or £1750 all included) as it's the whole flat to yourself, which is a bargain in London as you may know.. but can negotiate as well if needed.

Can accommodate a minimalist couple with 1 decent wardrobe and a standing rail.

Would like someone who will take care of the flat as if it was their own, tidy, clean, ideally vegan/vegetarian.
