Pet-friendly accommodation: This apartment was specifically chosen for its pet-friendly policy. After numerous inquiries and viewings last year, we finally chose to move in this building with our cat out of many other offers. There are so many pet friends living in this building which makes me feel so happy (insist on saying hi to everyone), yet noise insulation is excellent, ensuring a peaceful living environment (no barking, no loud music at all).

Convenience:
Within a 2 to 10-minute walk, residents have access to major supermarkets (including Waitrose, M&S, Tesco, and a Chinese supermarket), as well as numerous bubble tea shops, bookstores, record stores, and restaurants.

Scenic Views:
Located by the river and occupying a mid-to-high floor, the apartment boasts impressive views. Additionally, it's conveniently close to Greenwich Park.

Currently priced at £2450 per month, this apartment is highly recommended for pet-owning couples by us.

Resident Experience:
1, This has been the most pleasant living experience during my time in London in the past time. The staff on the ground floor are a delightful group of young people who engage with residents and greet our furry companions daily. They also regularly organize in-house activities, including yoga classes, reading sessions, entrepreneurial meetings, and social gatherings. Encountering them has been a stroke of luck in London.
2, Convenience is unparalleled, with Greenwich Market and a plethora of culinary streets nearby. If cooking isn't on the agenda, there's always the option to explore and dine out.
3, My second favourite spot is the proximity to Greenwich Park, allowing me to bask in London's greenery.
4, What I have experienced everyday is that the commute to Canary Wharf using the DLR can only take 18 minutes from stepping out of the flat to settling into the office! For those who struggle to wake up early like me, a 9:30 am rise is more than sufficient for 10:00 am office time (if someone is too busy to wash their face)!
5, Just a 6-minute walk south lies Greenwich Station, offering access to trains and the DLR.
6, The only downside is the limited transportation options, primarily reliant on the DLR and trains. However, the DLR rarely experiences disruptions. Hence, while others were allowed to work from home due to tube strikes, the DLR ensures me a smooth commute to the office which was really bad.
