It's the Platinum Plus Studio (the biggest room they have).

Overall, Venue Studios opened recently so the building is fresh, clean, and secure (layers of gates that open by key cards).

The studio is spacious. (The full space is actually 1.3 times wider than what's shown in the photos I took, and 5 photos are from the website that shows the bathroom, bed, and kitchen in more detail.)

It has large floor-to-ceiling windows with plenty of natural light and a lovely park view.
As it doesn't face the streets, the room is quiet and peaceful - great for relaxing or focusing on your studies.

It's fully furnished with a double bed, a private kitchen and private bathroom.
Laundry facilities (washer and dryer) are within the building.

There's also elevators, a common room for socializing, a study room, and bicycle storage.

The studio is near New Cross station and New Cross Gate station (5-10 minute walk).

The price is £440.00 per week.
The tenancy period is from 13th September 2025 to 5th September 2026. (51 weeks).
You can move out earlier too, as long as you find another tenant to replace you in order to receive refunds.
