Looking for someone to take over my tenancy as I want to relocate for work. Single occupants considered if they can afford it but preferable for 2 people or a family. We are 2 months into a 12 month tenancy but high potential to stay on longer if you wish, landlord is very relaxed, as long as rent is paid he wont bother you.
If all goes well and this sounds good for you our agent would need to do all the normal checks such as credit check, landlord and work references and so on so it could be a process that takes a few weeks. Once the tenancy is signed over we will move all of our stuff and make sure the flat is a fresh start for the new tenant.
Pets considered if you ask first, lovely neighbours. Rooms are very spacious and garden is a good size. On a quiet road with 4 corner shops a few minutes walk away, there is a large sainsburies, lidl, asda and aldi each only a 10 minute walk away, tandem centre around the corner for more shops and a gym. 15 minute walk to colliers wood station (northern line) and 5 minute walk to phipps bridge tram stop, very good transport links to all over. Pictures used are the pictures that were advertised to us when we moved in but feel free to ask for an updated video or a few pictures. I must add that there is some wear and tear from the previous tenants, but there was an inventory made to protect the deposit, and since it’s only been 2 months it looks all the same as we found it.
