Loads of good shops close by, Butcher, wet fish shop, Morrisons Local, good size Tesco all walking distance 2/3mins.
No problem with one animal but more that it would look like a posh kennel.
Would suit a single or a couple. You pay council tax, water. I pay electric and internet. Long term or short term, no need for deposit as I have been in a tight spot myself and understand how it can be.
