We're looking for someone to take over our tenancy at our lovely 2 bed flat in Spinningfields. Our flat is in the Affinity Living Riverside development, is pet-friendly, and contains 2 good sized bedrooms, both with an en-suite. We love it here, the landlord has genuinely been amazing and the property team put on loads of cute free events etc. It's also pet friendly with no extra rent to pay for pets. Plus gorgeous views of the river from both bedrooms!

Exact move-in date TBC as we need to confirm with our new landlord - will update as soon as I know, likely to be early-mid March.

Our tenancy ends 25th May 2023, at which point you would be able to renew.

We're only moving for financial reasons, and are really sad to go as this apartment, building, and location have been perfect! We've lived here as a couple, using the spare room as an office with a spare bed for guests. There's definitely more than enough space for two flatmates or two couples to live really happily here.

Combined kitchen/dining/living room has floor to ceiling windows and comes furnished with a sofa, armchair, coffee table, side table, and a black tulip-style round dining table with four chairs. The kitchen comes with integrated fridge, freezer, fan oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, and washer-dryer. There's also 2 storage cupboards in this area.

Bedroom 1 has two floor to ceiling windows, double bed with mattress, 2 bedside tables, built in wardrobes and an en-suite with a waterfall shower.

Bedroom 2 has a floor to ceiling window, double bed with mattress, 2 bedside tables, built in wardrobes and an en-suite with a bath (with waterfall shower above).

Bills not included but internet is - it's good internet, I WFH a lot and have never had issues with it.
