The flat is spacious and fully furnished. It comes with a TV, microwave, oven, fridge and washing machine. You will be a ~5 min walk from Warwick Avenue station. It is close to Harrow road for groceries as well as Clifton Road. It is also a ~5 min walk from Paddington rec.
The flat is available as soon as a tenant is found to replace my lease as I need to move due to a change in my work situation; a move in date can be negotiated and is flexible. The rent does not include bills but they are approximately: £44 for gas and electricity (EPC D), £40 for council tax (band D). All certificates will be available and you will have an individual portal setup with Foxtons.
