I have two large furnished double rooms available to let in my lovely two bed house in Lymington.

The house has been recently re-decorated with new carpets and fresh paint throughout. It has one bathroom (which has just been redone), shared between the two rooms and a second loo downstairs. You would have shared use of the whole house including kitchen, lounge and conservatory. The kitchen is well equipped with everything that you should need including dishwasher and washing machine.

The house is in a very sunny position and has a large mature garden which you are welcome to enjoy. There is off road parking for one car and a shed which you are welcome to use to store bikes etc. There is also plenty of on road parking outside the house.

The house is in a nice, quiet area and within easy walking distance of the town centre. I renovated the house to live in myself and it is a much loved home, however my circumstances have changed, and now both rooms are available to let!

All bills (including council tax) are included up to a certain amount.

Deposit is one months rent.
