Walthamstow sells itself with the Conservation Village, the Wetlands, the Market, the art shops on Wood Street and of course the transport connections; 24-hour Victoria line tube at the weekend, Overground to Hackney, Bethnal Green and Liverpool Street.

The flat would suit two friends sharing or a couple + 1 friend (so between 2 and 3 occupants).
