I'm looking to rent my lovely 1 bedroom flat while I'm away from the 1st August until the 7th September for £1300 p. m. including bills (council tax, water, electricity, gas, wifi). Flat would suit one person or a couple. It's in a new build flat in a security building, approx. 10 mins walk from Herne Hill station, which is in zone 2, London. The train is on the overland, 10 mins to Victoria and you can also change to the tube at Brixton or Elephant and Castle. Over overland connections include Blackfriars, Farringdon and Kings Cross. Loads of buses go through Herne Hill.

It comes furnished and is centrally heated with a dishwasher and washer/dryer. There is wifi but no TV. Bills would be paid monthly but there would also be a deposit of £300 paid before moving in, to be reimbursed as soon as soon as you move out.

Herne Hill is a very nice area, there is a food market on Sundays and it is also close to Brockwell Park which has a lido, cafe, tennis and basketball courts, kids' playground.

Interested in hearing from people who could stay the whole period or for at least a few weeks during the 5 weeks I'm away.
