Hello,

My wife and I are looking for someone to rent our whole house (we are not renting individual rooms) whilst we are working away this summer.

Wed 13th May - Tues 15th Sept

The house consists of:
- 1 master bedroom with ensuite shower
- 1 double bedroom upstairs
- 1 double bedroom / office downstairs
- 1 main bathroom
- 1 large living / dining room
- 1 kitchen
- 1 garden with terrace

There is one parking space in front of the house and there is also lots of free street parking.

The house is about a 10 min walk from Wanstead Station (Central Line). You can be in Stratford in 10 mins; Liverpool Street in 20, Hackney Central in 25, Oxford Circus in 30, Soho in 36. Wanstead highstreet has pubs, bars, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, a library etc.. There are also fields, parks and forests, so it is great for nature lovers.

The rent is £3150 per month, with a £3150 deposit. The bills are not included in this price and are usually £350 a month.

We’re also hoping whoever lives here will take care of our plants for us!
