I wanted to introduce myself and give you a little back story to my much loved apartment.

I very proudly bought it in 2018 and lived here for several wonderful years before meeting my husband and starting our little family.

The apartment has been lovingly looked after with predominantly long term tenants in situ. In June 2026 it was fully redecorated in neutral white, the sofa and carpets were steam cleaned and the soft furnishings were replaced.

We live around 35-40 minutes drive away so we’re both always available if you ever need us. I’m easy going, approachable, open and fair.

I’d preferably like a longer term tenant but I am obviously adhering to the new Renters’ Rights Act 2025 so this apartment will be on a rolling contract basis.

The property sits just at the top of Potternewton Park, adjacent to Chapel Allerton hospital. There are several bus stops nearby with the bus to town taking just 10-15 minutes. The walk into the city centre is lovely and is only 1.8 miles. Lidl is a 10 minute walk and further on you have the heart of Chapel Allerton with lots of bars, pubs and restaurants.

Positioned on the first floor and accessed via a communal entrance, the apartment opens into a bright, welcoming and spacious lounge/diner. Filled with natural light and enhanced by a Juliet balcony, it’s a really lovely space to relax or entertain, with a real sense of openness. I particularly loved the lounge area; it’s a large open space that’s light and airy in the summer, especially with the balcony doors wide open and cosy and snug in the winter. The flat tends to remain cool in the summer and warm in the winter which is perfect.

The separate modern kitchen has been thoughtfully designed, featuring sleek high-gloss units, integrated appliances including an electric oven and hob and a fridge/freezer, along with ample worktop space for everyday living. There is a large utility cupboard just off the lounge with a washing machine and room above for a tumbler or just as a handy shelving allowing for ample storage.

There are two well-proportioned double bedrooms, both offering comfortable accommodation. The main bedroom benefits from a contemporary en-suite shower room, while the second bedroom provides flexibility for guests, a home office or additional living space.

The house bathroom is particularly spacious for an apartment, fitted with a bath and overhead shower, low-level W. C. and pedestal basin.

Externally, the property includes an allocated parking space to the rear of the building along with visitor parking.

Electric (no gas) is with Eon and it’s around £80pcm.

The property would best suit a professional couple or a single person. There are no pets allowed due to the building rules. It would not suit a family due to overcrowding and the property is a non smoking property.
