Stylish and high-end two bedroom flat in a Victorian terrace on a quiet, sought-after street in Kentish Town.

The flat is ideal for 1-2 people, as it is relatively small. The second bedroom is small and would suit a cosy bedroom or a study. The second bedroom is small: it has a single bed with drawers underneath and a small cupboard space (with a lovely quiet view to the rear gardens).

With high period ceilings, the flat is fully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen. It was formerly my home and includes hopefully some homely touches such as carved wooden furniture. It is on a quiet street (we think it's the nicest street in the area) and has features such as a noiseless fridge and double glazed sash windows (in winter, the flat retains the heat well and heating bills are low).

The flat is in an excellent location, 5 minutes from both Kentish town and Tufnell Park tube stations. From here, the Northern Line takes only 17 mins to cross through central London from north to south. Both Kentish town and Tufnell Park have vibrant main streets with a range of cafes, restaurants and local activities. Hampstead Heath is 20 mins walk from the flat.

It is fully equipped and has recently been used for Airbnb short lets, but I would ideally like to find long term tenants. I hope anyone living here would feel it's a special place and consider it home, as I have done.
