It's very close to Crouch End and Hornsey, a 10-minute walk to Turnpike Lane tube station and Crouch End centre. It has a big Sainsbury's 2-3 minutes away by walk and it has three big parks around it.
The rent itself is £1600 and the bills are £150 per month, so in total it's £1750 p/m.
