Hi! I'm Alice, renting out a room in my flat in homerton, tucked between Victoria Park, Hackney Wick and the lovely Chatsworth Road.

I am looking to rent out one bedroom in my flat for one or two months before another person moves in. It's a recently redecorated furnished two bedroom flat with big windows which flood the living room with morning light to enjoy your coffee with! The bigger of the two bedrooms would be yours, and there is a joint kitchen/living room and one bathroom with a shower and bath.

Im friendly and open, keen to get on well with someone who would move in and for you to feel at home :) happy to consider either a full time short let or a monday to friday arrangement for a reduced rent. Dates are also flexible from 1st April.

The rent includes most bills and a fortnightly clean, the gas is on a prepayment meter so you would pay that as you use it.

About you: ideally an individual, friendly and relaxed, respectful of the flat and wanting to make it your home for your stay! Ideally also working from an office most of the time, occasional work from home days are also fine.

About me: I'm Alice, 36 year old civil servant who works at the foreign office 3 or 4 days a week. When I'm not travelling I can be found cycling around the city, enjoying climbing and pottery, and loving the live music scene in London!
