I’m looking for someone to take over my 1 bedroom 1 bathroom flat for 3 months starting 29th August until approx. 25th November. This cosy flat is ground floor, about 10 mins walk from Partick station, amenities including many shops on Dumbarton and Crow Road, close to local bus, train and subway links as well as pubs and restaurants. There is on street parking and a small garden which is shared with other residents in the building.

The flat comes fully furnished including the use of linens if needed. Available to students only, couples are welcome if both are students as the property has council tax exemption. I would prefer no pets. Rent is £1050 a month including bills and wifi. There is no TV or TV license at the property but I can add on at extra cost if needed.

Please message me with any questions.
