I’m looking for someone to take over my lovely one-bedroom flat from mid-April. It’s on the top floor, very bright and airy, with a large private terrace and open views across West London. It’s a really pleasant space to live in, especially in spring and summer when you can enjoy the outdoor area.
The flat has an open-plan kitchen and living area with large windows overlooking the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, induction hob, extractor hood, fridge, cupboards for storage and a small utility cupboard for cleaning items. There’s also a dining table by the window, which gets lots of natural light.
The living area includes a comfortable sofa, coffee table and a large TV. At the moment there’s also a spacious desk for working from home, which I’d be happy to leave if useful, otherwise it can be remodelled based on your needs.
The bedroom faces the opposite side of the building, so the flat benefits from double exposure and good airflow. It has a double bed, a wardrobe with drawers and a large built-in mirrored wardrobe, offering plenty of storage.
The bathroom is in very good condition and has a bathtub with shower, a large window (so it’s well ventilated), a heated towel rail, and an extractor fan.
There is also a separate storage/utility cupboard with the boiler, thermostat and a washer-dryer, which is very convenient for London living.
Outside, the terrace has artificial grass and a small table, perfect for breakfast, dinner outside or simply relaxing when the weather is nice. It’s also a great extra space for a bit of exercise or fresh air.
The flat was recently refurbished and stays cool and well ventilated in summer and very warm in winter, with underfloor heating beneath the parquet flooring, which makes it especially comfortable during colder months.
The building is small and quiet, with only a few other residents, mostly young professionals. Communal areas are cleaned weekly, and the atmosphere is calm and friendly.
The location is excellent: the flat is on a quiet street, right by the pub The Atlas, with a delicatessen/café downstairs and a convenience store across the street.
Transport links are great with the District & Circle (1 minute walk) and Piccadilly line (about 5 minutes).
You can also easily walk to Chelsea, Fulham or Hammersmith, which makes for really nice weekend walks/runs along the river.
There are plenty of supermarkets nearby, including M&S, Waitrose, Lidl, and others within walking distance.
Ideally looking for a single professional or a couple, available to move in from mid-April.
Wifi included in the rent.
Council Tax Hammersmith & Fulham Band C and you can get a discount for single occupants.
