I’m looking to rent out my beautiful home while I’m out of the country on holiday.

All the utensils, cooking pieces are yours to use - feel free to treat it like your own home. The space would be ideal for someone new to London who is looking to get their bearings before signing a lease or perhaps someone between rooms/flats.

The price itself includes rent & bills (council tax, water, electricity, gas, internet) so there won’t be any additional costs to cover.

Location is fantastic, it’s 10 minutes to the Finsbury Park tube station which has both the Victoria & Piccadilly lines. It also has the Great Northern Rail line & bus depot which is super handy. It’s walking distance to the high street in Finsbury Park which is filled with coffee shops, pubs, groceries and an awesome array of different restaurants! Plus the big Finsbury Park is close by which is great to enjoy in the Spring.

Ideally I’m looking for a respectful couple or single person that would treat the house with care & leave it like they found it :)
