There is free on street parking, and it is a three minute walk from Ewell West station (London Travelcard Zone 6, half an hour into Waterloo, 25 minutes into Vauxhall, 20 minutes into Clapham Junction and 15 minutes into Wimbledon direct with trains every quarter of an hour most of the time).

Very convenient location with local shops within a minute's walk. We also have high-speed fibre optic Broadband, which can be put into the new tenant's name if needed. We are letting the flat part furnished (the majority of the furniture in the pictures is staying), with dishwasher and Bosch washer dryer. Local supermarkets include a large Sainsbury's (one mile away) and Aldi (1.5 miles away), with the Co-operative within two minutes on foot.

There is an attractive local nature reserve within a five minute walk, and some great pubs and coffee shops in Ewell Village, which is around a ten minute walk away.

Bills are approximately £140 per month each based on two sharing (including council tax at £124 per month in total), and we are looking for £1050 per month in rent.
