Area:
Edinburgh
Postcode:

Available:

Min term:
4 months
Max term:
6 months
Rent:
£1,100pcm

We are a couple in the Bonnington/Leith area looking for a responsible professional to move into our home for up to 6 months, starting from May 4th. (Couples also considered)

Due to our upcoming travel plans we are looking for someone reliable who will treat the place as their own home whilst we are away.

You’ll have a lovely, large en-suite bedroom in a fully-furnished, new-build flat. The kitchen is brand new, there’s a living room plus a second main bathroom, and a small balcony with a table and chairs and a Castle view for the occasional sunny Scottish day.
We also have free parking, secure bike storage, and a small gym on site.

Additional bills include council tax, broadband, gas & electric. Typically total between £300-£350 depending on usage.
(Factor fee is included as part of the rent)

If you’re a clean, quiet professional (or a couple) looking for a short-term home, please get in touch! Tell us a little about yourself, when you could move-in, and exactly how long you could stay for (up to the 6 month limit).
