My beautiful, newly furnished, modern 2 bedroom apartment is located in the very centre of Scotland's historic and beautiful Edinburgh! I am less than a 5 minute walk to Princes street, 5 minutes to the Meadows as well as Edinburgh university. I am actually so close to one of the university buildings I can sometimes get their WiFi!

I have 2 bedrooms with 1 super king sized bed and 1 king sized bed as well as SuperFibre broadband, Sky TV and a Blue Ray DVD player.

Additionally, I have brand new appliances throughout, a colour changing light system that changes color on demand (see pics!) and can groove to your music making this a perfect place to crash in when exploring the rest of city’s many attractions and hotspots. You will love the beautiful view of the castle from both bedrooms too.

If there is anything else you would like in the flat then let me know and I’m sure we can sort it out. I am a very fair landlord and want to make sure you are comfortable and happy staying here :) Whether that is little things like nicer mugs, or rugs or soft furnishings, or if it is like a new coffee table - you choose and I am sure we can work it out.

I have also recently added some beautiful artwork with maps and paintings of my actual flat from as early as 1825! These are really cool to look at and gives you an idea of how the area (and my flat!) has evolved.

There is also the famous farmers market in front of the Castle every Saturday morning, a few footsteps from the front door. One of Edinburgh best kept secrets boasting all of Scotland's finest local produce!
